Old Kaplan Site and Landing Pages
When I joined Kaplan they had an old style of landing pages that were using on their ppc campaigns. This pages where the homepage and any variation had to be hard-coded. We decided to try unbounce to make it more UX efficient and generate more leads. After the first week of launching the A/B landing pages the increase of leads was 23%.

This is the old homepage that was used as a generic landing page for all ppc and ecrm activities. While it was good in terms of content, the CTA was not clear and too many elements drove the user out of the selling funnel. Conversion was low 7% and only 4% out of them converted as sale-leads, the rest were marketing-leads who only looked for information.
After implementing Unbounce on the site we created different layouts that could improve the site conversion.
The result was an increase of conversion 23% using the new landing page and sales-leads of 18%.
